Dear Heavenly Father,
My life feels out of order and chaotic. I am working on many things, but not doing any of them very well. I don’t feel connected to friends or family, because I am running in so many different directions. I’m forgetting things and then showing up late.
I know that You are not the author of confusion. I know that the enemy of my soul is. He would like to create distractions and worries so that I forget to trust and love You. He would like nothing more than to rob me of my joy. He would love to see me lose my sense of priority.
But You are a God of peace! I turn to Your right now for guidance on what things I need to hold tightly to, and what things I need to let go of. I have taken on too much and have become distracted by things that don’t really matter. I know there are even some good activities that I need to stop in order that I do what’s best. I am going to lean on You today and ask that You bring a new sense of order and peace to my life and my household. Thank You for peace.
