Dear God,
I feel like a failure. It seems like the decisions I make and the directions I take are wrong and end up miserable. I just feel like I keep failing.
I’m coming to You because I know that I need Your help. You know me and you know exactly what is happening in my life already. You know why things aren’t working out. I would like to learn something from my failings. Please give me the humility and wisdom to learn what I have done wrong—and be willing to make corrections. I would ask you to renew my sense of identity. Show me any attitudes or personality traits that are causing me to fail. Work inside me to make me a new person. I submit to Your work for my life—and I want to do whatever You ask me to do.
Thank you for not looking at me as a failure. Thank you for looking at me as your beloved child. I will praise You and thank you for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Thank you for what You have planned for me.
